Botched coolant leak repair. Water pump replaced 6 months ago, and it sprung a leak just a few days ago. Sent it in for repair just to have it leaking coolant again.

1) Service on maintenance items was good and in a timely manner. 2) I made service appointment online. They did not have me in the system for the appointment. They said online appointment scheduling does not work. You need to take it off the website if it does not work.

We were told by the service writer that the warranty work on our truck's dash info screen would be done in 1 to 2 days, and to have the truck at the dealership 8 AM on Wednesday. Dropped it off stating it needed to be delivered to the New Orleans area on Saturday. After leaving two messages and one text we found it wasn't ready Thursday evening. I went to the dealership Friday Morning and was told the problem wasn't narrowed down yet to determine whether the screen needed replacing! Nobody looked at the truck till late Thursday! I was willing to wait to pick up the truck Friday afternoon, but guess what, you didn't have the parts on hand anyway! I said button it up I'm taking it home. Then she wants to know if I want to bring it back to the dealership to complete the work. Fat chance of that!! I have been told that if you wait on a vehicle it gets attended to right away, but if you leave it it's put on the back burner. Apparently, that's true. If you know that it takes a next-day delivery to get your warranty part, and you only have two days to complete the work, why would you start the work when the customer is due to pick up the truck? I will say your service writer was very courteous and professional, and I was the same with her but was extremely disappointed with this experience.
