    Orr GMC and GMC corporate have been grossly negligent in the reporting repetitive, ongoing engine-related issues that cause my 2021 GMC Yukon Denali to burn large quantities of oil. For example, 7 quarts of oil in 5,000 miles. I have been thru 2 full oil consumption studies over. the last 12 months and guess how many times Orr GMC reported it to GMC? ZERO. They did not report it one single time until I demanded that they report it. The issue is ongoing and unresolved. It is safety issue for me, my children and others. GMC has clearly missed the mark on quality for these vehicles and Orr GMC dealership has missed the mark on timely, accurate reporting of known issues for my vehicle to GMC. Why would that happen repetitively for over a year now? Could it be related to the class action lawsuit that GMC finds itself in? Maybe they didn’t want NHTSA knowing there are more excessive oil consumption and engine failure issues out there, that are unresolved. GMC Corprorate - not my problem that you have conveniently “not included my VIN number in the L87 engine recall”. The frequent precursor to these engine failures? Excessive oil consumption. Recalls and VIN numbers are clearly in your control and thankfully have ovetsite from NHTSA. GMC has a responsibility to provide me with the quality engine and product I thought I would receive in return when I ordered and paid you $85,000 for this vehicle. .

    I was told that my Yukon would be dropped off once the service and wash were completed. I worked night shift the night before and told them that I would be asleep until 5pm. I woke up to now yukon being at my home. Luckily I used my 2nd vehicle to go get my yukon in order to pick up my daughter from daycare since her car seat is in my yukon. That was frustrating. My mother then had to take us to pick up my car at the dealership.

    Well I am missing the cowl grllie extension, I did not get a oil change sticker. The rear end is still whining. And I never asked for a multi point inspection, no one went over one with me anyways. I dropped it off for an oil change, for a dent repair, for the rear end whine to be looked at again, and to get the cowl extension piece tightened because it was loose now it is missing. This will have been the third or fourth time I have tried to have the rear end whine fixed.
